Veridocx does not provide legal or regulatory advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.

The Veridocx platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Veridocx Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your device data and content remain your property.
In no event shall Veridocx or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Veridocx does not guarantee regulatory approval or clearance and is not responsible for regulatory decisions made based on our platform's output.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veridocx and its affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
